Biography:
Sean Carter Campbell is a native of the southwest. From his first solo in the children's choir at his church, to the excitement of performing at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C., and the main stage of New York's Carnegie Hall he has always enjoyed music as a form of expression.
Graduating magna cum laude from Arizona State University with his Bachelor's degree in Vocal Performance in 2006, Sean has been an active performer. He has enjoyed roles with the Dona Ana Lyric Opera, Arizona State University's Lyric Opera Theatre, Schowcase Concert's OperaTunity, The Royal Renaissance Singers, Phoenix Theatre, the Arizona Opera Chorus and Musica Nova Symphony. Currently, Sean is a member of the prestigious Grammy Award-winning Phoenix Chorale since the 2007-2008 season.
In addition, he has given many recitals, and has been featured as a soloist in numerous churches and chamber orchestras. A versatile musician, Sean sings opera, oratorio, music theatre, jazz and contemporary styles. In May 2009, Sean will be featured as a Baritone Soloist in Phoenix Symphony's Pop's Concert. He resides in Chandler, AZ with his wife Jihyun and son Noah.
